This is a very lovely, nice 2 bedroom apartment for a great value. It is located in the heart of the city centre between the Meadows Park and Holyrood Park (5 minutes walking from both of the parks). Those two parks are the most famous parks in Edinburgh. Holyrood park is a very historical park full of hills, lakes and hiking trails where you can have a great time climbing up Arthur's seat where you can view all Edinburgh and the surrounding area. The Queen's Palace is located just at the edge of this park. Furthermore, it is located 10 minutes walking from the Edinburgh Castle and 15 minutes walking from Holyrood Palace where the queen stays. The following landmarks are 5 minutes walking from the flat: Surgeon's Hall, Royal college of Surgeons in Edinburgh, Edinburgh Central Mosque, University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh Festival Theatre, National Museum of Scotland, Archer's Hall, Queen's Hall, Greyfriar's Kirk. Cowgate, National Library of Scotland, Teviot Row House, McEwan Hall and more. In other words, this is the best location you can find in Edinburgh if you are looking forward to see Edinburgh! The location: Supermarkets (Lidl, Tesco, Poundland, Farmfoods, Sainsbury, Scotmid and Cooportative), cafes, pubs, restaurants and famous shopping centres are all nearby. It is very suitable for people who would like to have a nice view and have a good experience in Edinburgh and be able to see all of Edinburgh's famous landmarks at a short walking distance. Building: It is 18th century Georgian building. it is located on Oxford Street which is a very quiet and nice area. The stairs are very Georgian in nature and a bit steep; the flat sits on the third floor. So, it might be difficult for elderly people or those with mobility issues. Flat: The flat is located in the third floor with Georgian stairs All kitchen tools are available There is a shower room separate from the toilet. There is a spacious living room, with 2 sofas, a large LCD TV and Wifi throughout the flat. Two Rooms: Two double beds Two double wardrobes Two chest of drawers One desk with a chair Two Bedside cabinets The sofa can be used for the third person but please note that it is not a sofa bed so it wont open to a double size Towels and linens will be provided.
