Please check my other listings as I have many other accommodation options at variable prices and locations all across Edinburgh. This is a newly refurbished apartment in a classic Georgian Building. During your stay in Edinburgh, if you are planning to go to the seaside (Portebello), you need to do is to go down Seafield Road, which is at the end of Elbe Street, and take the bus and the beach is just under five minutes away. Leith Water Canal is just 5 minutes away from the apartment, here you can find many nice restaurants and pubs along the canal where people come from everywhere to have a great time. Ocean Terminal shopping centre is not far away from the apartment (10 to 15 minutes walking). Here you find all famous branches, shops, cafes. restaurants, cinemas and more. Also at Ocean Terminal, you will find the Royal Yacht of Britannia, for which you can take a tour and get a sense of British Maritime History. If you like the outdoors there are a number of parks nearby so you can enjoy a BBQ; Leith Links Park is 1 minute away from the flat. If you plan to go to the city centre, you can be there in 15 minutes by taking the bus. The flat is also located near a number of practical facilities such as grocery stores, bakeries, banks, stores, pubs and restaurants are all in walking distance from the apartment. The large Tesco is 5 minutes away. Overall, you will enjoy the location, the quality and the facilities found in this apartment This is a two double bedroom apartment. Each bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Sheets, covers and towels are all supplied. The living room is large and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped to suit all your cooking needs. The bathroom is new and stunning. The apartment is fixed with central heating and free WIFI. I am confident that you will have a great experience in this apartment. It is also important to note is that the 5th person (if you are 5 people), please consider that there are 2 beds in 2 separate bedrooms in the apartment and one airbed, which can be used by the fifth person. Please also note that the apartment is on the third floor and there is not lift available, however, the building is small so it should not be too tiring to use the stairs.
