Cozy nice flat, in the heart of the city centre within 15 minutes walking from the Royal Mile. Newly refurbished apartment. The city's largest Tesco is right beside the apartment. Very nice and warm.

The location of this spacious apartment is its best advantage as it is exactly 5 minutes walking from Queen Street, 15 minutes walking from Princes Street and the Royal Mile, 5 minutes walking from the Royal Botanic Gardens, It is also located in a very up market and hip part of town! The apartment is beside Super Tesco grocery store and Costa Coffee, Leith Walk is 10 minutes walking, and the nearest bus stop is in front of the apartment, coffees, pubs, takeaways, restaurants, clubs and more are available around the apartment in this chic neighbourhood. If you plan to see old Georgian buildings, pubs, cafes and more landmarks then the apartment would be perfect for you as it is 15 minutes away from the beginning of the Royal Mile, which is one of the oldest areas in all Europe. If you would like to enjoy the green side of Edinburgh, and experience the Holyroad park which is one of the most famous parks in the world, this apartment will be the best for you because you can see Holyrood park from the building, as it is minutes away. If you want a place in a hip yet quiet area all within 5 minutes walking from the crowded city centre, this apartment would be the best. As you see this apartment is full of advantages. Please let me know if you have any questions. The apartment is a one bedroom first floor apartment with a separate living room and is located in the city centre. The apartment consists of one double bed and one airbed (can be used for the third person, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, 1 x bedside cabinets, Sofa (not sofa bed), all kitchen tools, coffee table, LCD TV and TV stand. Internet and WIFI is available in the apartment in high speed Linens, cover, pillows, towels etc are provided so don't worry about carrying anything I am confident that you will thoroughly enjoy your stay in Edinburgh if you take this apartment. I have many recommendations of things for you to explore while you are here in Edinburgh. Just contact me for help.
