This apartment is one of the most modern and luxurious apartments I have in all my properties. It is an excellent mix between good quality on the inside and located in a quiet area from outside all located in an absolutely perfect central location in the city centre, with wonderful views onto Calton hill and Holyrood Park. Just beside the flat there is easy access to everything you need from grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, pubs, clubs, banks and more! The position: Hillside street in a very nice neighbourhood, 10 seconds walking from London Road, 20 seconds walking from Royal Garden Terrace, 3 minutes walking from Leith Walk, 4 minutes walking from John Lewis, 7 minutes walking from Princes Street, 7 minutes away from the Old Town, 9 minutes walking from Holyrood Park, 10 minutes walking from Meadowbank stadium and shopping centre, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and famous bars and clubs. It is perfect for people who would like to have a great experience in Edinburgh, especially as all the landmarks and green side of Edinburgh are seconds walking from the flat. It is a really beautiful area and one of the nicest and richest areas in the city. Public transports: Bus stop is 15 seconds away from the flat and gets you anywhere in Edinburgh and some places outside Edinburgh as well, like to Musselburgh, Tranent, Haddington, and the Da Vinci Code's Rosslyn Chapel. Flat: Everything is new in the flat as it has been refurbished recently . The flat is very spacious and comfortable. Central heating is supplied to every room in the flat. Wifi is available in high speed. All kitchen tools are available. Bathroom is stunning and new. There is a dining area in the flat. In every room there is a TV. Rooms: Four large bedrooms accommodate at 8 people easily. Every room has a double bed. So the flat consists of 4 beds in total. Towels, covers, pillows and sheets will be supplied. Every room has a large wardrobe, nice dresser with mirror and chair. Bedside cabinet with a lamp as shown in photos. The kitchen is completely equipped and ready for any cooking. Washing machine is available as well for laundry. Parking is available in front of the apartment. For free after 5:30 pm and on Sundays. Very cheap during other times.
