Experience a ride on Scotland's only mountain railway which came back into service in February 2025. Experience panoramic views from the UK's highest restaurant and bar. Next to the restaurant you'll also find a 270 degree immersive film, exhibition, gift shop and an extensive viewing terrace.
You'll also find a wide range of activities throughout the year making it a great day out for all ages.
Enjoy the thrills of Scotland's only gravity fuelled mountain carting, mountain biking park, mountain tubing and zip line, experience a guided walk with dramatic views down to Loch Morlich, visit our mountain garden with viewpoint and camera obsura or enjoy some retail therapy in our shop. Our new adventure ball runs are perfect for families with young children providing a fun, educational experience in the outdoors. You can also stayover in our motorhome park providing one of the most romantic viewpoints for your overnight stay.
Finish your visit with a leisurely lunch or snack in the Cairngorm Café in front of the cosy log fire in the colder months or the outdoor terrrace with mountain views during summer.
In the winter months Cairngorm Mountain transforms to Scotland's most popular ski resort. With 30km of ski runs, 13 lifts and a fully maintained freestyle park. The snowsports season typically runs from December through until April, but this varies from year to year depending on weather. You don’t have to have your own ski or snowboard equipment either, because you can hire everything you need with us.Check our website or facebook page for regular updates on the ski season.
