'If we can, we will'. We can adjust most dishes to suit individual dietary requirements & taste. Coll seafood, seasonal salad & vegetables & lamb our specialty. Graham and his team cooked from scratch every day including our bread & deserts. Our menu’s showcase the best of Coll and Argyll. Vegetarians, vegans and diners with special dietary requirements will not be disappointed by their choices either.

The success of our food is based on the abundance of quality local produce from Coll & Argyll, whether it is from the sea or land. Where ever possible we use fresh Coll vegetables, salad, herbs, meats, fish and shellfish.
Our kitchen team is lead by head chef Graham Griffiths. They cook everything from scratch and Graham's menus will delight all diners with his skill and dedication to fresh seasonal dishes. vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diners will not be disappointed with their choices either.

For guests & island visitors who want to head off for the day to explore our beautiful island we offer a packed lunch in a cool bag. This includes freshly cut sandwiches on our own home made bread, sweet treats, fruit, crisps & a soft drink of your choice. You can enhance your packed lunch with bowls of fresh berries & alcoholic beverages.
