Located at East Grange Farm in beautiful Moray Speyside, The Loft offers both glamping and camping with a wide variety of holiday options including en-suite cabins with hot tubs, traditional Wigwam cabins, and grass camping for motorhomes, campervans and tents. The Moray Speyside area is most famous for the world-renowned Malt Whisky Trail, but Moray Speyside offers so much more, you will discover fantastic beaches and scenery, action and adventure, historic sites, castles and cashmere and peace and tranquillity in nature. All within easy access from The Loft.
The Loft Glamping & Camping is located at East Grange Farm in beautiful Moray Speyside. The area is most famous for the world-renowned Malt Whisky Trail, but Moray Speyside offers so much more, you will discover fantastic beaches and scenery, action and adventure, historic sites, castles and cashmere and peace and tranquillity in nature. All within easy access from our glamping and camping site at The Loft.
Both glamping and camping are available at The Loft which offers a wide variety of holiday options.
Traditional Wigwam Cabins are a great alternative to camping and offer year-round protection against the elements. Fitted with electricity, heating, lights, fridges, kettles, and toaster as well as comfortable memory foam mattresses Wigwam cabins are perfect for family getaways and provide the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors and keep cosy, dry and warm. Our Family cabins can accommodate up to 5 (maximum 3 adults per cabin). We also have Couples cabins which have a double bed and offer all the facilities of our family cabin with the addition of an indoor table and chairs.
Our en-suite Wigwam and Sheiling cabins offer a glamping stay for those wishing to enjoy an outdoors syyle holiday, with a little more luxury. Our en-suite cabins include toilet, shower, wash hand basin, and kitchen facilities within the cabin. Fitted with electricity, heating, lights, fridge, kettle, microwave, hob and toaster as well as comfortable memory foam mattresses. Some cabins have the additional option of adding a wood fired hot tub. Wood fired hot tubs provide a fantastic relaxing addition to any holiday, whatever the season, and provide the perfect opportunity to relax and watch the stars.
Our grass campsite offers both electric and non-electric pitches suitable for motorhomes, tents, and campervans. In 2020 we opened our new campsite amenities block which includes, toilets, showers, kitchen, and baby changing facility.
The Loft is located close to the fantastic beaches of Findhorn, Roseile, Hopeman and Lossiemouth as well as stunning forests walking trails and cycle routes.
There are lots of local attractions to enjoy on your holiday including historic castles, scenic fishing villages, historic sites, sailing, surfing, outdoor activities, nature spotting, dolphin spotting and of course whisky and gin distilleries.
The Loft is located close to the pretty town of Forres which is just 4 miles away, the cathedral city of Elgin is just 8 miles away and Inverness is just 35miles away, so Loch Ness is within a daytrip distance.
