Welcome to Rowallan Castle Golf & Country Club. Rowallan Castle is a stunning 19th Century Lorimer Designed Building, set in the heart of Ayrshire countryside, only a 20 minute drive from Glasgow.
Championship Golf Course
Having only been part of the Ayrshire landscape for the past 11 years, Rowallan Castle Golf Club has established itself as one of the premier golfing destinations in the region. The Colin Montgomerie designed Championship Course pays homage to Scottish golf, with large undulating greens, strategically placed bunkers and stunning views of the surrounding Ayrshire countryside. In its short tenure it has hosted the likes of the EuroPro Tour, Tartan Tour, Tri Nations & numberous Ayrshire and Scottish Golf events.
After finishing up on the par 3 19th hole, golfers can enjoy a delicious post round meal prepared by the Estates award winning culinary team whilst enjoying more stunning views from the Clubhouse & Glasshouse Restaurant.
Weddings
At Rowallan Castle we ensure your day is perfect. Our Wedding and Events Manager, Katy, will be with you every step of the way, making sure every detail is perfect. The Castle can seat up to 120 people (with no top table or 100 guests with a top table) and a marquee is available for up to 300 on our back lawn. Our idyllic grounds and "Old Castle" provide the perfect backdrop for your special day and this dates back to the 12th Century.
Award Winning Restaurant
The Glasshouse Restaurant set within the Estate has been recently awarded the Best Restaurant in Ayrshire Award at the Scottish Business Awards. The Team, lead by Executive Chef, Ian Mackie, aim to provide seasonal, fresh & tasty food all year around. Open 7 days a week for Breakfast & Lunch and open for dinner Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Corporate
The Castle is available for hire on a daily basis for corporate events. The perfect venue to get away from it all in the heart of Ayrshire to play golf or an away day.
Family Gatherings
Impress friends and family by treating them to a private celebration in either Castle. We can tailor menus and packages to suit your requirements and our Team will be happy to discuss any catering with you.
