Positioned adjacent to each other within walking distance of the main hotel, guests of the Manor Homes can enjoy the superb Fairmont St Andrews facilities including acclaimed restaurants, bars, five-star spa and two world famous Championship golf courses overlooking St Andrews Bay.
The two recently renovated Manor Homes have been aptly named Kingask and Queenask, drawing inspiration from the charming local area of East Neuk of Fife and its vibrant heritage. If the King can ask, then so should the Queen and we are proud to now offer two newly modernised and refurbished Manor Homes fit for royalty.
Two distinct homes embodying individuality, quality, luxury, and timeless interiors offer guests an immersive experience into the unique personality of the countryside resort. The newly crafted interior designs seamlessly blend quintessential modern Scottish luxury with captivating nods to the historic town of St Andrews, its wild landscape, renowned golf heritage, and the esteemed Fairmont brand.
Drawing inspiration from the Art of Coorie, a Scottish term conveying a sense of cosiness and comfort, the Manor Homes serve as private sanctuaries nestled within the exquisite hotel grounds. These meticulously designed spaces pay homage to the local culture by showcasing the works of talented regional artists, enriching the ambiance with their authentic narratives, and contributing to the unmistakable charm of St Andrews.

The family home boasts a warmly lit cinema room and a board games room, among other amenities. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a welcoming country house open hallway that seamlessly connects to the living areas.
Carefully curated and imaginative touches add a personal touch to each home, ensuring they exude their own unique personality from the moment you step inside. The living rooms are designed to be warm and cosy, featuring a blend of contemporary and traditional arrangements that invite relaxation.
