The Dunmuir Hotel is an small family owned award winning 3 star hotel.
With 24 ensuite bedrooms suite all tastes. We offer two deluxe bedrooms, a selection of contemporary stylish superior bedrooms including one accessible room, cosy wee doubles all retaining traditional features where possible, and a number of standard rooms which are located via stairs to our lower ground floor overlooking our carpark and courtyard. We also now have 5 new Classic Bedrooms on the Ground floor with one of these a fully accessible bedroom
We are the home to the award winning 1902 Bar and Grill. We had already established a fine reputation for the quality of the cuisine and service and this was confirmed by our recent Visit Scotand inspection. The use of local Scottish produce that is cooked with a passion is was what we wanted from day one of opening and Daryyl our Head Chef continued this approached.
The inspector was very impressed with the level of hospitality that our small family hotel offered and in many cases felt that hotel was at a 4 star level. We and our team are all about customer service and we hope we can welcome you to our small family hotel when staying in Dunbar.
The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Dunbar’s championship golf course, the High Street and the beach. There’s also plenty of free parking and the car park is large enough to accommodate a coach.
We have a beautiful self contained event room the Goldenstones Suite which can for cater for 120 guests and there is a licensed outside area for relaxing during those warm sunny days in Dunbar. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout te hotel.
The Dunmuir is an obvious choice for visitors to the area.
