St Andrews is Scotland’s first university, founded in 1413. The new Wardlaw Museum takes you inside the University, with thematic displays on its groundbreaking research and global impact, showcasing its extraordinary art, history, science and natural history collections. Discover an exciting programme of temporary exhibitions, interactive experiences for all ages and a beautiful sea view from the terrace.

The Wardlaw Museum is located on the historic Scores in St Andrews. Two disabled parking bays are available for visitors who require them otherwise we would encourage you to park at the Petheram Bridge Car Park, North Haugh, St Andrews beside the Gateway Building.. Approaching St Andrews from the west on the A91 turn right at the first roundabout on the edge of St Andrews. This is a free 300 space car park approximately 10 minutes' walk to the museum.
Getting there by railway:- The closest train station is Leuchars, Fife (a main line station between Edinburgh and Aberdeen). There is a regular bus link between Leuchars and St Andrews (every 15-20 minutes throughout week days. You can purchase a through train/bus ticket from railway station ticket offices).
Getting there by aeroplane:- Services from London City to Dundee (approx. 15 miles from St Andrews). Wider range of domestic and international services to Edinburgh & Glasgow Airports.
