The Edinburgh Address require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. The lead member of the booking party must be over 30 years old. There is a strictly non-smoking policy. There is a fully refundable damage deposit of £500 due one week before arrival and refunded one week after you depart.
Please note that Check-ins outside the standard check-in time frame will incur an additional charge. Late check-outs after 10:30am also incur additional charge.
