Opened in early 2015, Fountain Court – Royal Garden Apartments is a 4-star property providing guests with a luxurious and spacious home away from home right in the city centre of Edinburgh. Easily reachable from Edinburgh Airport via tram, it is located just off St Andrew Square opposite the National Portrait Gallery in the New Town of Edinburgh. From our apartments it will only take you 5 minutes to reach bustling shopping street Princes Street and 15 minutes to Edinburgh Castle.
Available nightly, weekly, or monthly, Royal Garden Apartments offer its guests a choice of modern and stylish studios, one, and two bedroom apartments, which can accommodate 2 or 4 adults. Studio apartments have all living space in one room except your own separate bathroom, whilst one and two bedroom apartments are divided into comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen and lounge areas. Kitchens have been equipped with fridges, dishwashers, and irons and ironing boards as well as cooking equipment to allow for all kinds of culinary endeavours. Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate but may be purchased in advance. Please see our website for details and costs. In addition, there are many great cafes and restaurants nearby which offer exclusive discounts to our guests.
Each apartment benefits from excellent views over the National Portrait Gallery or the lush garden at the back of the property. Our luxury 2 bedroom penthouses incorporate a balcony from which you can see as far as the Firth of Forth. Furthermore, each apartment is equipped with complimentary WiFi internet access, satellite and Freeview TV, and toiletries.
The apartments are serviced daily and the on-site reception is open 24 hours to cater for our guests’ every need.
We are also pleased to be working with Balanced Edinburgh, who operate a studio on our property offering physiotherapy and personal training on-site at a discount for our guests. Find out more on their website.
Please note: No parking on-site. There are no washing machines in the apartments, however a laundry room is available with washing machines and dryers. For check-in at all properties, guests are required to provide photographic ID which matches the credit card used for payment. This credit card shall also be pre-authorised for £100-£200 and used against any additional charges such as phone calls and damages. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 10.30am. Luggage may be stored at reception outwith these times.
