The apartment can sleep 12 (10 in single beds) that can be made up as singles, doubles or twins.
It is a luxury apartment with cable TV, Wifi, i-pod dock, Egyptian Cotton Towels and bed linen.
The Dundonald Apartment is approached from the street via a wrought iron gate where stone steps descend to a patio garden area to the front.
The lower ground floor consists of a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 further bedrooms & store room.
Stairs descend to the basement which features a further bedroom, hall, store, kitchen/dining room with breakfast bar, living room, generous family bathroom.
This property is ideal for a family or a group of friends as it's large with the option of having the beds as singles or kings.
The property is central but also on a beautiful and quiet street.
This central property has just been redecorated and has brand new furniture (since these photos were taken) including beds and bedding, all very high quality and from John Lewis. The images shown are before the re-fit, it will be a luxury property.
The property is located on Dundonald Street which is a beautiful Street in the Edinburgh New Town.
The beds are as follows:
1 King sized bed and the rest can be either singles or kings, we also have a sofa bed in the lounge.
Room 1 - 4 single beds (can be made into 2 x king beds)
Room 2 - 2 single beds (can be made into a king)
Room 3 - 1 single bed (1 extra guest bed that can be put up in another room or in the same room but not ideal as it does not leave much space)
Room 4 - king sized bed
Living room - 1 double sofa bed.
All the bed linen is 100% Egyptian cotton and all the towels are 5 star hotel quality.
You will be provided with guest soaps in the bathrooms.
