Lunga House provides the ideal setting for a special occasion, wedding or dinner party or a quiet retreat where you can enjoy walking, fishing, horse riding or simply relax and read a book in one of the many beautiful rooms or even somewhere peaceful in the enchanting garden.
Guests will enjoy the coolness of Egyptian cotton sheets, complimentary Arran Aromatic toiletries, and bottled water……..for those special occasions we can arrange champagne on ice, a special bottle of wine or perhaps flowers and fruit to welcome you on arrival……
The Macleods are not new to the hospitality industry having built up a portfolio of self catering properties over the years in Edinburgh, Inveraray, Mull and Craobh Haven. In Craobh Haven village they also own the local bar & restaurant, The Lord of The Isles (www.lordoftheisles.co.uk ) aswell as the Mishnish in Tobermory (www.themishnish.co.uk)
‘We love hosting a good party and we thoroughly enjoy creating individual weddings and special occasions for our guests. Your wedding could be in the ballroom with the backdrop of glittering chandeliers and a roaring fire or in the garden surrounded by garlands of beautiful flowers. For that special occasion to be celebrated the house lends itself to candlelight dinner parties , champagne receptions with delicious canapés, a buffet of mouth-watering local seafood and meats, a hog roast on a spit, a traditional Scottish feast, or perhaps a themed occasional. There is no restriction to using the house only, we can arrange for a marquee to be provided for suitable functions, which can be dressed suitably."
