The Murrayshall Estate is home to both the Murrayshall and Lynedoch Golf Courses. Two prestigious but very different courses just 3 miles from Perth, they provide a hugely enjoyable challenge for guests and visiting golfers.
Meandering across 365 acres of land, you’ll have access to two golf courses and a total of 27-holes. For a weekend trip or a 7-day stay, you’ll never be short of options. At Murrayshall, there’s also an expansive driving range and access to our Pro Shop. No matter the season or the weather; you can play golf at Murrayshall. We also don’t require a handicap certificate for you to play, so our courses are open to all levels.
A golfers paradise. Lined with trees and luscious greens, you’ll be spoilt for choice with 27-holes of spectacular parkland golf. With a fully stocked Pro Shop, an expansive driving range and expert PGA tuition, you’re in for a treat.
Our golf courses are open for all; so whether you’re staying the weekend at Murrayshall, or just fancy a round of golf, you are most welcome here.
No matter what level you play, we want you to have a first-class experience. That’s why we don’t ask for handicap certificates and are continually developing our courses and you can choose whether to play with 2 or 4 golf balls.
When you arrive, you can start the day with a coffee and bacon roll before embarking on your game. With golf buggies, caddies, changing rooms – and our clubhouse Cairns, you’ll have everything you could wish for.

MURRAYSHALL COURSE
An idyllic 18-hole championship parkland course that meanders its way around our countryside estate through large pine trees, offering golfers the perfect combination of an enthralling layout, impeccable course conditions and stunning panoramic views.
LYNEDOCH COURSE
The Lynedoch Course is a beautiful 9-hole parkland layout that is ideal for golfers seeking a quick game of golf or for juniors and those new to the game. Shorter, but equally as challenging as the Murrayshall Course, the layout features slightly narrower fairways, framed by tall Scots pine trees.
