Glencoe Village is one of the most spectacular places in Scotland, and The Glencoe Inn is at its heart. Our comfy and rustic five-star inn is your home from home while you explore the magic of Glencoe and the surrounding area. The comfortable bar offers a large selection of beers, wines and spirits. The wood burning stove is perfect for warning up cold toes.
We have 15 rooms, many with superb views of Loch Leven. A hearty breakfast in our lounge is the perfect start to a day in the mountains. When you return, ‘The Glencoe Gathering’ will welcome you. It is a bistro, bar and ‘posh chippy’ – very popular with residents and locals alike. Its menu uses only the finest ingredients: seafood, fish, speciality lobster, langoustines, and all the best highland produce.
You can relax and enjoy live music from singers and musicians, play a game of pool, or have a dram or two at the bar.
Glencoe is a one of Scotland’s most popular areas for activity breaks. The mountains are ideal for walking and skiing, and many also feature purpose-built trails for mountain bikes. You can also book a fast boat ride, white water kayaking, go fishing, canyoning, play golf, climb indoors or outdoors, ride on Segways… the list of activities is almost endless.
The area offers much for the less adventurous too. Such as the Atlas Brewery, which produces an array of cask conditioned real ales. If you’d like to learn about highland history and culture, take a look at the Glencoe Visitor Centre or Treasures of the Earth near Fort William.
