Crispie is a comfortable, spacious house which sleeps 16 and is located in a beautiful private location right beside Loch Fyne with its own indoor swimming pool and boating jetty, family and pet friendly, only 2 hours from Glasgow.
Crispie is a lovely, spacious and private family home. The house is on its own at the end of a private drive, with its large lawn leading to a beach on the Eastern shore of Loch Fyne, opposite Tarbert.
The views of the Mull of Kintyre and down the loch are tremendous and the location provides plenty of scope for a fantastic family holiday - including your dogs.
The house sleeps up to 16 (and up to 2 babies in cots) in proper comfortable beds. Each bedroom is spacious and there is a large dining room and a huge sitting room with views out to the loch, cosy wood burning stove and plenty of room for everyone.
As well as its lovely location what is special about Crispie is it leisure facilities. There is a 30” by 15” indoor heated swimming pool, within the house itself, for your exclusive use. In addition there is a Sauna and large games room with a table tennis table and pool table.
Outside there are acres and acres of garden for you to enjoy with a large lawn leading straight on to the beach (with a barbeque area). The House has its own jetty and pontoon on Loch Fyne which you can use with your own boat - or you can use our boat as long as you are suitably qualified.
There are lots of walks nearby, Portavadie Marina with all its boating facilities, restaurants and leisure facilities is about a mile down the coast, there are plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from in Kilfinan (5 miles), Otter Ferry (7 miles), Kames (8 miles) or Tighnabruaich (9 miles). Fishing trips or tours by boat can easily be arranged where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, birds and sea life. Further afield you have the Botanic Gardens near Dunoon (about an hour’s drive) or take a run up to Inveraray Castle (again about an hour).
