The Corran Bunkhouse is in a beautiful & safe part of the world, right next to the Corran Ferry, Onich - it’s well worth the journey getting up here in any season & makes for a very calm & peaceful stay. A great base for the outdoors!
All our rooms are available mostly for individual bookings, but also for groups. We are superbly positioned for exploring the West Highlands & are very popular with lovers of the outdoors! If you like touring, walking, cycling, kayaking/canoeing, fishing, photography, skiing, climbing or other outdoor pursuits then we are a perfect base for you, located right next to the Corran Ferry.
We have 16 private ensuite bedrooms, in mostly twin rooms, but also 2 x triple rooms, 2 x quadruple rooms & a quintuple room - all private rooms. We have two high-spec 5 Star (VisitScotland 2024/25) self-contained properties (Bunk House One: 5 rooms - 12 bedded & BunkHouse Two: 7 rooms - 20 bedded) plus the Annexe (4 rooms – 9 beds), with all rooms bookable individually. All the bedrooms are private with ensuite shower-rooms/toilets, with all linen & toiletries provided. The bedrooms include tvs, hairdryers & usb plug points for portable electronics & plenty of storage for clothes. There is a fast WiFi (around 30mps) throughout the whole property for internet connectivity. Each bunkhouse has a fully equipped self-catering kitchen, which can booked in hourly slots, and well sized dining room along with large drying rooms including washing machines & irons/ironing boards, for refreshing clothing after a damp day outside! There is a large separate lounge for our guests to relax in, including coffee/tea making facilities, sofas/coffee tables & audio-visual equipment for showing presentations & films.
As well as individual room bookings, groups can hire each Bunkhouse in their entirety.
Shops & groceries can be purchased near-by in Fort William or Ballachulish.
