The apartment is tastefully decorated with high-quality furnishings ensuring that you will have a relaxing retreat in style. This luxury ground floor flat sleeps up to four guests and comprises of two bedrooms (the main bedroom is ensuite), a twin room, an open plan kitchen and lounge with a separate dining area, a main bathroom, and an entrance hallway with a private entrance door.
Whilst retaining the original charm of the property, the flat's modern design incorporates many high-quality finishes. These include the superb fitted open plan kitchen with marble worktops to the lounge and dining room that is ideal for entertaining and relaxing with beautiful oak flooring. The bathrooms have ‘Porcelanosa’ sanitaryware and marble finishes.
The HistorySt Nicholas House originally formed part of the accommodation for St Leonards School. The secluded house, with its historic orchard, was sympathetically converted in 2012 to form this stunning town centre retreat. The property is situated only a short walk from the main shopping facilities, restaurants, St Andrews Cathedral, and Castle and is approximately a ten-minute walk to the Old Course.
