Over the 50 years that Loch Melfort Hotel has been open as an independent hotel, many guests have returned time and again to experience a unique blend of relaxation, comfort and friendliness. The Main House is principally Victorian, built by J. Arthur Campbell in 1896 – and some of the beautiful original features remain, including oak panelling and 19th century family portraits. Wonderful arrangements of fresh scented flowers adorn treasured occasional tables and bookcases. A plentiful supply of the latest lifestyle magazines are available in the lounges, or just sit and look at the view with afternoon tea, pre-dinner drink or night cap.
