Hawthorn Brae is a self-catering cottage in Bridge of Tilt, Blair Atholl, on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park. Newly renovated, large three-bedroom cottage, set over two floors. It is well equipped including log burner, free Wi-Fi, Sky TV, generous outdoor space with birdwatching hut, a great location.
Hawthorn Brae cottage is a little bit of luxury. It is a newly renovated three bedroom cottage set over two floors. It is situated in the picturesque village of Bridge of Tilt, Blair Atholl, on the edge of The Cairngorms National Park. The lounge and dining area is a comfortable space to gather and chat, play games, read or watch TV. The TV has a Sky entertainment package and the cottage has free Wi-Fi. Keep warm and cosy in the evening by lighting the multi-fuel log burner. Dine together at the table In the dinning room. French doors give access to a fully-fitted modern kitchen supplying you with everything you may need. The kitchen has condiments and a selection of herbs and spices. The kitchen is a light bright space with a breakfast bar. The utility room has a washer dryer and an under-counter freezer. Here you will also find a level access wet room with fully accesable shower as well as a WC and sink. The twin bedroom (Moss) is just beside the dining room. This room has a single profile bed and a standard single bed. This room also has a TV and DVD player. The upper floor is accessed via an impressive oak staircase which leads to a large landing. The twin bedroom (Clover) has 2 single beds. The master bedroom (Sky) with a king size bed in lovely front facing room. All bedrooms have plenty of space, with hanging space for clothes, a chest of drawers and a suitcase rack. The master bathroom is large and spacious, with a walk in shower and a large corner bath. Outdoor space of the property has countryside views from all angles. The front garden fully enclosed with timber fencing. The rear has been fully landscaped and accommodates two outbuildings. The shed closest to the house is private storage for the cottage. The second hut is for bird watching and it also has a child’s easel with paper and paints and some other craft items. These should only be used in the shed. There is parking space for up to three cars.
