Visit Oban and its distillery, a wander round Inveraray the castle and jail, a walk along Crinan Canal and historic Kilmartin Glen, the RSPB nature reserve on Moine Mhor or visit the beavers in the Heart of Argyll . Enjoy a drive through scenic Glenorchy, across the wilderness of Ranoch Moor and through Glencoe or take a ferry from Oban to Mull and Iona.
Lots of castles and gardens to visit. For walking routes around Arygll the Walk Highlands website is hard to beat.
