Gneiss Adventures run guided Mountain Walks in the Scottish Highlands and beyond. Based in Inverness, the capital of the Highlands, we are ideally placed for accessing some of the best mountain walks in the country. 

​As well as some of the highest peaks in the country, we also offer guided walks without all that altitude. From loch-side walks to beautiful valleys and glens, we love to interpret the landscapes we live and work in. We are blessed with stunning scenery, incredible wildlife and a fraught history throughout the Scottish Highlands. 

Some of our favourite mountain walks include: Beinn Alligin, Ben Macdui, Ben Nevis and Ben Lomond. We can also make recommendations based on experience, weather conditions, group size and individual needs.
