Glasgow - Cathcart Old and New
Stories of the wee Glasgow village and the history that runs through it
Join us on a tour of one of Glasgow's oldest villages and best kept secrets. Cathcart has been a site of settlement since the neolithic age. It has grown from a countryside hamlet, to a site of international significance for architecture, industry and people. We will follow the flow of the river that runs through it in a two hour tour along city streets and parkland.

They are led by a Glaswegian who is born and bred in the city. Tours cover Glasgow and its 'villages' in the South, West, East and North. Group sizes are 6-8 people and staring points are at main transport hubs or local monuments. They usually last around two hours and can be tailored to individual requirements.
