This itinerary will give you 1 full day on Speyside touring the distilleries. (one to three day whisky tours available on request).

We are often asked if we depart from Edinburgh or Glasgow, unfortunately we don't. Howevers Speyside is about 4.5 hours from Edinburgh/Glasgow by train or car.

I am tour guide and my home is in Speyside. Glen Moray Distillery is only 9 km away and The Macallan is 22 km away! I prepare your itinerary I would be your driver guide for your Speyside Whisky tour.

Possible Distilleries

Available distilleries include family owned Benromach Distillery noted for its peaty whisky, unusual in Speyside. Glenfarclas and Glenfiddich are still family owned too. Glen Moray is a real innovator with an attitude and talent for producing new expressions and finishes. The mighty Macallan sits on a hill overlooking Speyside while the other giant Glenlivet is found deep into Speyside. And then there's picturesque Strashisla!
