This trip is ideal for people looking for their first kayak experience, families bringing young children or simply somewhere to get away from it all and relax in nature.

Grade: EASY

We will launch from Faskally Forest and wind our way past Faskally house, making our way to the stunning Linn of Tummel waterfall, look out for Kingfishers on the River Garry, or head down and paddle under the A9 to Pitlochry.

Our half-day guided tours are 2-2.5 hours long which is a nice length to enjoy the paddle and take in the sights. All paddling equipment will be provided. There is a selection of single and double kayaks to choose from depending on experience and weather conditions.

The trip is suitable for even the youngest paddlers. Children 4 or younger go FREE!

All that you need to bring is some warm clothes for the weather, including shoes you don’t mind getting wet. No previous kayaking experience is needed. Please get in touch for further details.

We will be in touch a few days before the trip with more detailed information, including the meeting point, chosen to suit us best for the weather conditions at the time. The cost would be £55pp. If you bring your own, venue suitable boat, the cost is £40pp.
