Whisky Distillery Tour.

Scotland is world famous for it’s whisky!! Most people have at some point tried Scottish Whisky.But have you ever wondered how it is made? In this half day tour, we take you round some of Scotland’s most famous Lowland Breweries and Distilleries

Tour Description - In Scotland, whisky is known as ‘The Water of Life’ and is one of Scotland’s largest exports!! On this mesmerising day tour, you will have the opportunity to see how Scotch Whisky is produced and even sample some of the finest for yourself! Our tour commences on our mini coach with one of our experienced tour guides that will tell you about the history of Scotland’s Whisky and some interesting facts along the way. Our first port of call will be the world famous ‘Glengoyne Distillery’ in the west where you will have the chance to see how Whisky has been produced through the ages and how it is made today. Take in the breathtaking scenery of The Trossachs National Park as we travel north to the second of the Distilleries on our trip, The **Deanston Distillery. Before heading back, we will travel east through the rolling landscapes of Perthshire for a pit stop in Pitlochry, one of Scotland’s most beautiful towns. Filled to the brim with famous Whisky shops and beautiful cafes and Restaurants, we will have a break here for lunch and shopping before heading back over the bridges to Edinburgh.
