Tour to Eilean Donan castle. This tour takes the direct route to Eilean Donan. We travel down Loch Ness side and on to invermoriston whilst stopping for photo opportunities along the way. We then continue on 'the road to the isles' before arriving at the castle which sits on Loch Duich. Tour price from Inverness is £225 and is approx 6 - 7 hrs. Castle entry fee is £10. p/p. The second option of visiting Eilean Donan takes an alternative route allowing you to see a much larger and more scenic area of the west highlands. Highlights include Glen Docherty, Torridon, Coastal route via inner sound of Rassay, with views to Rassay and Rona, Applecross, Bealach -na -ba (mountain pass), Lochcarron, and Plockton. Tour price is £345 and is approx 10hrs.Tour is for 1 - 3 persons.
