Bicycle tour at Salisbury crags

Holyrood Park, Edinburgh

Cycle tour tracking JK Rowling's life & unwrapping Harry Potter's world, 60 pp

½ day bike tour spiralling around greater Edinburgh, tracking JK Rowling's rags to riches story. Rowling loved writing in Edinburgh's old town cafes but she has long retreated from them. Come discover the fresh wonders of Rowling's secret world.

JK Rowling is the most acclaimed novelist of our time, the most well-read too. If you're a Harry Potter fan, and you've done an Old Town Harry Potter walking tour, well, I've written this for you.

Join me &

  • See the places JK's been writing in.
  • Explore Rowling's family, friends, loves & attitudes to life.
  • There'll also be a whole bunch of trivia; if you've read the books I hope that'll be interesting too.

This tour will give you stories no other fan has & show you the places most of Harry Potter was written & where her 'adult' (meaning adult protagonist) novels were too.

Because we have bicycles we'll also be able to reach out to a few Harry Potter inspirations no walking tour can manage.

Rowling has lived in Edinburgh for 3 decades, she calls it 'her city'; explore the ocean she swims in & what Rowling's voyage might teach.

Requires 2 weeks' notice & a minimum booking of 2. More notice, more love.

Due to doxxing the tour will not visit JK Rowling's present address. Britain benefits more from having her productive than curdled.

From £60 per adult
