Burwick Coastal Walk

This beautiful walk follows a cliff top path along the west coast of South Ronaldsay where we can escape the crowds and get off the beaten track a bit.

There are plenty of opportunities to spot a huge variety of wildlife throughout the summer months including seabirds, seals, wildflowers, insects (butterflies, moths, bees, wasps, etc) and maybe some cetaceans if we are very lucky. The views on a clear day are stunning!

This is a linear walk so we will return by the same route.

It is possible to extend this walk if you are interested in something a bit longer.

NB This is a narrow cliff top path, if you suffer from vertigo please inform us at the time of enquiry/booking.

Please wear walking boots, and bring warm waterproof clothing, a drink and a snack.

Further information about where to meet and what to bring with you will be included in the booking confirmation.
