Day tour to Balmoral Castle leaving from Inverness, for between 1 -3 people. Balmoral is located between the town's of Ballater and Braemar and is the highland home of the Royal Family. The estate and castle was purchased in 1848 by Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, with the present castle completed in 1856. You can visit the Balmoral exhibition, grounds, gardens and the castle Ballroom. We will also visit Crathie Kirk, (church), where the Royal family worship whilst at Balmoral. There is also the option of visiting a malt whisky distillery. Tour duration is 10 - 12hrs and cost is £250 .Entries and lunch are not included with Balmoral entry being £17.50, Pre booked tickets are required.
