1 Day West Highlands, Glen Coe & The Jacobite Steam Train

Enjoy a day filled with Scotland's top highlights! Journey past magical lochs, explore historic towns, visit Glen Coe, and cap it off with a once-in-a-lifetime ride on the Jacobite Steam Train - the real Hogwarts Express from the Harry Potter films.

Departing Glasgow in the morning, we travel through Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park and the wilds of Rannoch Moor, with a stop at the iconic Glen Coe.

Next, get ready for the famous Jacobite Steam Train! Leaving from Fort William, it winds along Scotland’s rugged west coast, crossing the legendary Glenfinnan Viaduct, made famous in the Harry Potter films. We’ll disembark in Mallaig, with time to explore and grab a local lunch. Afterward, we continue along the scenic Appin coast, passing Kilchurn Castle, nestled on the shores of Loch Awe.

Our next stop is Inveraray, where we’ll take a short stroll by the peaceful waters of Loch Fyne. As we head back to Glasgow, soak in stunning views of the Arrochar Alps as we pass the Rest and Be Thankful viewpoint, arriving back in the city by evening.
