WildernessFit Retreats offer REAL outdoor experiences, aiming to build confidence and connection to our wild and rugged landscapes in Scotland. A weekend of simple living, resourceful activities, fresh air and community.

It doesn’t matter who you are or where you have come from, everyone can benefit from slowing down and immersing themselves in the outdoors. These Retreats are about celebrating Scottish landscapes and culture, learning from other experts and joining a community. Your physical well- being and mental health should be a priority! Invest in not only YOU, but a REAL experience that you can bring into your own life afterwards! WildernessFit retreats are based out of the Highlands of Scotland. We make full use of the land we are in and create an empowering environment for women to build confidence, move their bodies, learn from others and join a community!

Activities on offer include: fun outdoor workouts inspired by the natural landscape, yoga, fermentation and preservation workshops, foraging, outdoor cooking, coastal foraging, beach fires, live music, pilates, guided mountain days, art workshops.
