Course Dress Code and Etiquette
We would advise on the following points, on the course at any time:
MALES: Sleeveless or collarless shirts, tracksuit / shell suit bottoms and football shirts or other garments bearing a particular club’s emblems will not be permitted. Only tailored shorts (not football shorts or cut down jeans) are acceptable.
ALL: Golf shoes must be worn. When requested, players who have fallen more than one hole behind the preceeding game must allow others to play through (standard etiquette). Always replace your divots and repair your pitchmarks.
COMPETITIONS: All of the above, additionally, jeans of any kind are not allowed.
CAR PARK: To improve the general cleanliness and tidiness and to avoid damage to the car park surface, changing into golf shoes must take place in the changing rooms only. All cars must be parked in the main car park.
We look forward to welcoming you to Uphall Golf in the near future.
