Take to the Water's aim is for everyone, whether you are a regular dipper or keen to give it a go for the first time, to have the opportunity to explore and fall in love with the beautiful wild water around Edinburgh, the Lothians and the Scottish Borders by offering taylor made day adventures.
The adventures are aimed at social swimmer who relish trying new swim locations such as lochs, rivers or the sea, who like to stay relatively close to shore, and absorb themselves in their natural surroundings.
Our day trips out into the beatiful and tranquil Scottish countryside with its rolling hills and abundance of natural flora and fauna lends itself beautifully to a day crammed full of mini adventures and new experiences relished.
We encourage you to swim on the wild side and be immersed in the magic of Scotland. Wrap yourself in fun and laugh long and heartely with the euphoria of the day.
- Pick up and drop off will be agreed for each trip depending on location of adventurers.
- Two to three swims will be offered on each full day trip
- Swimming costume a must, neoprene optional
- Snacks and hot drinks are provided
- A stop for lunch will be made
- Extra towels are provided
