M&D's, Scotland's Theme Park is unique in Scotland.
With free entry to all visitors – you only pay for what you use / wristbands available – the theme park truly has something for everyone and has all the makings for a great day out!!!
The theme park is open from mid-March to October. The likes of Amazonia, bowling, bars and restaurants are all-year round.
Kids can enjoy an array of exciting and age appropriate rides as well as the soft play area – Krazy Congo.
Devil’s Island miniature golf course is a pirate-themed course which was the first open air 18-hole miniature golf course of its kind in Scotland with a galleon as its centrepiece. Whatever the weather, there is something for everyone at M&D’s.
Situated alongside M&D's other attractions, Amazonia houses a collection of Amazonian flora and fauna plus a number of rare species of Amazonian animals. The collection of animals and plant life is unique to any zoo in Britain and all are rainforest creatures.
There are also plenty of indoor activities if the Scottish weather doesn’t behave itself including, , Cosmic Bowl – Scotland’s first ‘Glow in the Dark’ bowling alley – a traditional indoor Carousel and an impressive amusement arcade with more than 150 different games.
After an exhausting day, visitors can choose to eat in one of the many restaurants available in M&D’s huge indoor entertainment complex including The Family Restaurant, Downtown USA – a 60s style diner, Inside Out, which features one of the longest bars in Scotland and any sport that’s on TV you’ll get it here and finally, Giuseppe’s, an authentic Italian coffee shop and ice cream parlour. For a relaxed atmosphere guests can visit the award-winning Glasshouse Restaurant at the four-star Alona Hotel, where fine dining is available as well as afternoon tea.
