Welcome to Green Valley Golf Academy where you can enjoy our 6 hole golf course, driving range and newly installed Footgolf all within a beautifully landscaped course. Enjoy home cooking in our welcoming café with outstanding views.

Course

Green Valley boasts an excellent (par three and par four) six hole course providing a challenge to beginners and seasoned golfers alike. The course is a pay and play facility and therefore the booking of tee times is not available. It is advisable in bad weather to check with the centre that the course is open.

Fees

£6 for 6 Holes

£10 for an all day ticket (play as many holes as you wish)

Special 2 for 1 All Day Tickets available (working out at only £5 per person)

Range

Green Valley has 24 floodlight bays with three sizes of buckets available to purchase:

25 Balls - £2.50

50 Balls - £4

75 Balls - £5

Footgolf

Footgolf is a precision sport where players kick a football into a cup in as few shots as possible. Its name is a portmanteau of "football" and "golf". It is closely related to golf.

The player who plays the 6, 12 or 18 holes with the fewest shots wins.

Most rules of FootGolf correspond with the rules of golf. FootGolf as sport is played on golf courses only. The first shot has to be played from the tee box, and to reach the hole, bunkers, trees, water and hills have to be crossed or avoided. This means a powerful shot is useful, but not decisive. Reading the course, a smart approach and accurate putting are even more important.

Players must not use football boots. Trainers or Astroturf footwear is recommended.

Pricing

FOOTGOLF is currently available at £3 per round or £5 for an all day ticket. A £2 deposit is required per person to cover the hire of the football and will be returned on completion of the game.
