The Borderland Food Tour will take guests on an immersive journey of the South of Scotland, feeding all the senses on this food safari. The tour will showcase the tastes & the tales of the region and show what makes this area so special, referencing literature, history, ecology, agriculture, textiles, culture, religion, engineering, philosophy & arts.

Guests will graze their way across the Scottish Borders, from the rolling hills in the centre of Roxburghshire, through to the gentler valleys of the rich agricultural plains of the east, and on to the Berwickshire coastline, hearing the storys of local legends and history while seeing & visiting some the area’s top attractions and tasting some of the region’s, nae the country’s finest culinary delights interwoven into the tour.
