The kitchen is well equipped, complete with gas cooker, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Included is a washing machine and clothes airer. Through the french doors there is a separate dining area, seating up to 6 persons comfortably.
The first floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, a spacious Master king room with sea views, a second twin bedroom with garden views. The third double bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor adjacent to the family shower room. All bedrooms are individually furnished with quality linen and furnishings. With two modern bathrooms, one is located on the ground level with walk-in shower and the other is upstairs with a modern freestanding bath.

The cottage features a lovely outdoor garden area that catches the all day sun with open aspect, landscaped gardens, a pergola and outdoor furniture.

Wayside Cottage is the perfect base to explore the township of Dunoon, only a 10 minute walk offering a selection of coffee shops, craft shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants.
Visit local attractions including the Benmore Botanic Gardens, Argyll Forest Park, and historic Kilmun. The region is filled with places to see and things to do. The area is one big outdoor playground. Take your pick from walking, cycling, sailing, fishing, golfing, windsurfing and more.
Explore further afield to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, Argyll's Secret Coast, the Isle of Bute, and historic Inveraray, it's also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland.
