We are situated 1 mile from Bankfoot in beautiful Perthshire on cycling Route 77 and within minutes of the A9 giving easy access to the Highlands but also within one hours drive of Edinburgh or Glasgow. We are the prefect location for walkers, cyclists, golfers and the many other activities available in the surrounding area.
