Each pod sleeps two people and has a large glass circular window overlooking the River Tay, super king size bed, bedding towels and bathrobes included, Harris Tweed interiors ,underfloor and air source heating, ensuite wet room shower facilities, mood lighting, wireless charging, private decking, bbq area and more. Jo and Andrew, the owners of The Snug (and farmers at Logie Farm) are passionate about their Scottish heritage and the history of the farm. Each pod interior is uniquely designed to pay homage to the Salmon Bothy ruins which form part of their farm, and the local areas history.
The Snug is nestled in an elevated location amongst the rolling meadow grass lands at Logie Farm. It overlooks the widest part of the River Tay and the land known locally as “the Gold Coast of Fife”. The elevated location, luxury experiential accommodation and enchanting views offer you the chance to disconnect from the day-to-day, unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings.
With a view of the tidal changes in the River Tay by day and dancing northern lights and Dundee city lights by night, it is sure to mesmerise everyone who visits. We are a stones-throw from the Fife Coastal Path, Falkland (filming location of Inverness in “Outlander”) Lindores Abbey Distillery, the historic town of St Andrews, Perthshire and the city of discovery Dundee.
