This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. The lead member of the booking party must be over 30 years old. There is a strictly non-smoking policy. There will be a late check-in fee for check-ins after 7pm. There is a fully refundable damage deposit of £500 due one week before arrival and refunded one week after you depart.
