The Edinbothy: 2 bed/2 bathroom modern, well-equipped ground floor Edinburgh apartment with free parking, good access to the city centre and beyond.
Both bedrooms have zip-king beds allowing 3ft wide twin beds or 6ft Super King beds to be made up as required. The master bedroom benefits from a large en-suite shower room whilst the second bedroom enjoys the use of the main family bathroom. A trundle bed can also be set up to accommodate a fifth person in the apartment however please note that this bed is at floor level.
The large fully equipped kitchen/diner includes modern integrated appliances from dishwasher to microwave and a Nespresso machine. The kitchen table comfortably seats 6.
The separate living room is the perfect place to relax at the end of a fun-filled day benefiting from a Smart, WiFi-integrated HD television, local books and a few puzzles & board games.
Other creature-comforts include double-glazed windows, blinds and thick curtains, central heating and excellent integrated storage including double built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms.
You also have ample free parking on three sides of the property as well as your own private, secure garage.
