Our luxury self-catering Holiday Pods are set amongst beautiful countryside on our working family farm. We are situated just south of Edinburgh on the edge of the Scottish Borders.

We live at Springfield Farm Penicuik, just south of Edinburgh and we are opening our new luxury holiday pods in the summer of 2023. We are ideally located for those who want a break in the countryside and still have the city fairly close to hand. With the Pentland Hills only 5 miles away you could also use our farm as a base for your hillwalking holiday or head to the borders for site-seeing and shopping.
The pods will be able to sleep up to six people and with certain pods you will be able bring one well behaved dog. They have a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living area. There is a bathroom with shower, WC and sink and the kitchen is fully equipped. You will also have your own hot tub, fire pit, BBQ and outdoor furniture and you can buy BBQ meat from us as we sell our own produce from the farm. You'll be able to park your car at the pod and if you have an electric vehicle there is a charging point for you.
On our farm we have sheep, highland cows and lots more, so come and say hello to the cows, stretch your legs or relax in your own hot tub.
