With stunning views across to the island of Arran, Seaview Cottage sits just a few minutes walk to the beach at St. Ninian's Bay, on the west coast of the island. The 3 bedroomed property is fully equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing self-catering holiday. The location is ideal for old fashioned family holidays by the sea, whilst offering enough seclusion to make it the perfect place for a romantic break, honeymoon or simply to get away from it all.
The recently renovated property sleeps up to 6. The ground floor bedroom has a king size bed, and upstairs has a double bedroom and a single bedroom, with an additional pull-out bed.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with new appliances, such as a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a utility/boot room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and is ideal for changing out of muddy boots after a day outdoors.
There is a shower room on the ground floor, with easy access from the master bedroom. A bathroom with bath/shower is located upstairs and is shared by both bedrooms.
The cosy sitting room has a log burner, perfect for winter evenings, a TV, Netflix is provided, and a portable speaker to enjoy your own music.
The adjoining sunroom has a dining table that seats 6, a lovely room to enjoy family meals or romantic dinners. There is also a comfortable couch, allowing you to sit back and take in the stunning views. The sunroom leads out into the patio and the fully enclosed garden.
