A sumptuously refurbished 17th century House that accommodates 12 people in the rolling hills of Perthshire
Rossie Ochil House offers;
- Large superking master bedroom with ensuite bathroom complete with free standing bath and separate shower
- A further 5 ensuite bedrooms (shower only) which can be set as twins or superkings
- Large formal dining room
- Spacious living area with TV/DVD, WiFi* and iPod dock completed with an open fire (coal and matches provided)
- Second spacious lounge with piano
- Fully equipped traditional farmhouse kitchen complete with AGA (a second electric cooker is available), microwave and dishwasher
- Games room with snooker table and CD player
- Patio area at the back of the house (door from the games room) complete with hot tub

The Area
Rossie Ochil is the perfect place to relax and unwind, guests can enjoy the tranquil setting and take in the scenery whilst out walking around the estate.
Perthshire is the ideal base if you're looking to explore Scotland and is located only a short distance away from both Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The Perthshire area is also extremely famous for golf and plays host to some of the world's best courses including the stunning Gleneagles. If planning a golfing trip in and around Perthshire get in touch as Rossie Ochil would be the perfect accommodation for you.

Directions:
From South:
Leave M90 at Junction 8, merge on to the A91 (signposted St Andrews, Glenfarg). After approx 1 mile turn left onto the B996. In just over 2 miles, enter Glenfarg. Turn left onto Ladeside just before Glenfarg Hotel. After 0.1 mile turn right onto Greenbank Road then left onto Hayfield Road. After approx 0.5 mile bear left. After approx 3 miles turn left into Rossie Ochil.
From North
At Inveralmond roundabout (Perth) take 2nd exit onto the A9 (signposted Stirling, Glasgow, Crianlarich, etc). At Broxden roundabout take 3rd exit onto A9 S (signposted Stirling, Glasgow). After approx 4 miles turn left onto B934 (signposted Forteviot). Turn right at T junction, heading for Dunning, Forteviot. After approx 1.5 miles turn left onto B935 (just after level crossing). Go through Forteviot, heading for Forgandenny. After approx 2 miles turn right (signposted Rossie Ochil). After approx 1.4 miles turn left (signposted Rossie Ochil). After approx 2 miles arrive at crossroads. Rossie Ochil is straight over.
From North-East
Leave M90 at Junction 9. Turn right onto A912 (Bridge of Earn). After approx 1 mile turn left onto Station Road (B935), just before Primary School. After approx 3.5 miles, passing through Forgandenny, turn left (signposted Rossie Ochil). After approx 1.4 miles turn left (signposted Rossie Ochil). After approx 2 miles, arrive at crossroads. Rossie Ochil is straight over.
From West
Take M80 (signposted Springburn, Stirling, Carlisle, Edinburgh). At roundabout take 1st exit onto A80 (signposted Stirling A80) After approx 10 miles turn right onto M80. Take right hand lane and continue forward on to M80 (signposted Perth, Stirling). Continue forward onto M9. At roundabout take 2nd exit onto A9 (signposted Perth). After approx 20 miles turn right onto B934 (signposted Forteviot, Dunning). Turn left onto B935 (just after level crossing). Go through Forteviot, after approx 2 miles turn right (signposted Rossie Ochil) follow signs for Rossie Ochil.
Top Tip:
Once you enter the Estate entrance, Drive through steel pillars, over cattle grid, follow road down. You will see the house directly in front of you. House guests can park at the front of the house. Those staying at Keeper's Lodge, The Granary or The Old Byre must take the right before the house. Keepers Lodge and The Granary have parking in front of them. The Old Byre has parking in front of the farm building across from the cottage.
