The house can sleep up to eight people and comprises the following rooms;-
A ground floor double bedroom with king size bed.
An upstairs double bedroom with king size bed a wash hand basin
A ground floor twin bedroom with two full size single beds.
An upstairs twin bedroom with one full size single bed and one
smaller guest bed, also with a wash hand basin.
A snug upstairs sitting room with an open fire.
A sleek and modern fully equipped kitchen/dining room with an open
plan sitting area.
Upstairs bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and shower stall
with electric shower.
Downstairs bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and electric
shower over the bath.
Smart TV and free WiFI.
Cot and high chair available.
Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing
facilities adjacent to outside drying area.
Ample off road parking facilities.
Oil central heating is included. There is a key meter for electricity with ç20 credit.
The house is a fifteen-twenty minute drive from the ferry terminal and airport and transfers can be arranged.
The local bus between Back and Stornoway will stop at the house.
There are several safe beaches within the seclusion of Broadway, many of them within a few minutes walking distance.
The Gress River runs nearby and is noted for salmon, sea trout and brown trout. Fishing permits can be arranged on request. (No fresh water fishing allowed anywhere in Scotland on a Sunday).
the area is very popular with birdwatchers.
There is a Pharmacy nearby.
The local post office/mini market also sells the cheapest fuel on the Island and has a hairdresser, gift shop and garage on site.
