The Lower Dess Estate owners carried out a stylish conversion of a farm steading in 2015, creating a luxurious 10 en-suite bedroom Lodge, which offers the highest standard of accommodation for guests.
Finished to a very high specification by well regarded Scottish designers the bedrooms are separated into two accommodation wings - South and North. Each bedroom is individually designed and named after a pool on the Lower Dess fishing beat on the the nearby River Dee.
Every room offers Sky TV, Wi-Fi, safe, hair dryer, tea tray and luxury bathroom products by The Scottish Fine Soaps Company.
Bedrooms can be made up as twin or double rooms to suit individual preference. All bedding is allergy free and each room has a generous supply of fluffy white towels and cosy bathrobes.
Both the dining room and sittting room offer the highest standard of comfort for guests, complete with wood burning stoves.
There is a large drying room and secure storage for outdoor clothing and kit. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
The Lodge is available on a fully catered basis (dinner, bed & breakfast) using the finest locally sourced Aberdeenshire produce.
N.B Guests are asked to supply their own alcohol.
The Lodge is available for Exclusive Use bookings. However, bedrooms can also be booked indivdually on a B&B basis.
