Group and bike friendly accommodation with state of the art facilities just outside Peebles in the heart of the Scottish Borders. You can book by multiple room types (no sharing) or have exclusive use of the whole lodge (sleeps up to 27).

The Lodge has a variety of rooms, five in total, over two floors, all with their own dedicated private bathrooms, some en-suite. It can accommodate 27 but can be booked by single or multiple rooms, floors or indeed the entire lodge. Each bed has dedicated lighting with USB ports and has superior bedding and towel provided.

Being purpose built – downstairs the Lodge offers a large ultra-modern fully equipped communal kitchen with hobs, ovens, microwaves, fridges and full array of cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There are two lounges with internet enabled TVs and two dining areas. WiFi throughout the Lodge. Large drying room, 4 bike wash bays, maintenance stands and digitally locked monitored bike storage.
